Looking for reasons to call you
I just want to hear you say
That you're okay, yeah, you're okay
At least a couple times a day
Still feel sick before I see you
Even though it’s been a while
But when you open the door and you look at me
It fades away and I can smile
How can you ever feel sorry?
(How can you ever feel?)
How can you ever love me?
(How can you ever love?)
How can you ever feel less than what you should be?
Less than what you should be
And did you think I was pretending
When I said you were divine?
I'm full of worthless thoughts but even so
To you I'd never lie
So when you want to tell me secrets
With tears in your lovely eyes
I'll try to comfort you make you feel okay
But on the inside I could die
How can you ever feel sorry?
(How can you ever feel?)
How can you ever love me?
(How can you ever love?)
How can you ever feel less than what you should be?
Less than what you should be
Shoegaze ist die Kunst des Dröhnens, doch „Everything Is Alive“ setzt diese Elemente nur sparsam ein. Statt Hall- und Zerr-Sounds aufzutürmen, schäumt die Musik in feinen Bläschen über.

Bright, gorgeous, bashing songs from these Belgian shoegazers that never lose track of melody amidst the waves of distortion. Bandcamp New & Notable Sep 23, 2023
Subsonic Eye combines math rock, dream pop, and guitar sounds borrowed from post-rock for songs that whirl and flurry, but never quite settle. Bandcamp Album of the Day Sep 15, 2023
Indianna Hale's cosmic Americana is equal parts spooky and inviting, the warm sonic palette a cushion for her eerie songs. Bandcamp New & Notable Aug 17, 2023
great album. little bit different then the rest of the beach house albums. "heavier" I guess you could say, but the direction they took with it is always fun to listen too. it sure has that beach house consistentcy that they always have. chrissn1
